Return Policy

Europe

• Free returns on full price items.

• To process your return please email info@caftanii.it within 14 days of receiving your order for a return authorisation and shipping label via DHL.

• All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and gift boxes to be eligible for return.

United Kingdom

• All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and gift boxes to be eligible for return.

• If you paid import duty and you returned or partially returned your order; you will be entitled to claim this back. Please contact your government customs department with a copy of the invoice provided by us.

International

• A pre-paid return label will be provided to the customer and a standard fee of €30 will be deducted from their refund.

• Please note you will not be refunded original shipping costs.

Exchanges

• To process an exchange please email info@caftanii.it 14 days of receiving your order, we will then be able to reserve stock based on availability at the time.

• Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge, to return the stock please follow directions per region.

Faulty Items

• If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must email info@caftanii.it within 7 days of receipt.

• Please note that we can only repair the item in our in-house atelier or replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced or repaired.
