UK/International Customs & Duties
Customs duties and taxes are paid by the receiver and not payable by Caftanii Firenze. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine import taxes and costs and a landed cost price, prior to submitting your order.
If you refuse a shipment from Caftanii Firenze you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your order to Caftanii Firenze. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed.
